I should really stop making threads haha. Anyway, rank her albums and say why you picked them.
1) Greatest Hits - I didn't know wether to include Greatest Hits, but I definitely listen to it the most. It has all my favourites on there and the three new songs on there are also on the top of my list.
2) Come On Over - Great upbeat album with catchy songs. I can listen to it no matter what mood I'm in, and it will automatically pick me up.
3) Up! - Great song selection. A lot of my favourite songs are from this album and the different versions are great when I'm In The Mood! (For A Change!) :p
4) The Woman In Me - I love the country aspect to this album and it was difficult to decide between this album and the other two, but I listen to all of the other albums more often than I listen to all of this album.
5) Complete Limelight Sessions - Okay so I know this isn't an "offical" album per se, but I really like some of the songs on it. I think it really lets you hear Shania's voice and I lsiten to it a lot more than the self-titled album.
6) Shania Twain - This album was good, and definitely had some decent songs on it, but it really doesn't have that "Shania atitude" which made me start listening to her music in the first place.

lets just make it simple I love all her music. But I would rather listen to Up! and Come On Over. When I feel like listening to her older music I do. In her older music my favourite song is Love. And I like Greatest hits also especially the three new ones on it.

I listen most of all to the Woman in me album, I am not to sure out of the green & red Up album or Come On Over which I listen to the most, I listen to them all quit a lot, I have all Shania's albums on my MP3 player and I set it on random for all Shania's music so I get tracks from all four albums.
my ipod is ALWAYS on random, so I just play the songs of hers I feel like hearing. There really isn't one album I tend to stop on more. :)
1- Come On Over
2- Up!
3- Greatest Hits
4- The Woman In Me
5- Shania Twain

I love the SHANIA TWAIN (1993) songs... I really do!

I love basically all of the songs too, but it's definitely the album I listen to the least.
I'm not even sure why I like limelight better, but I just do.

1) Greatest Hits
2) The Woman In Me
3) Come On Over
4) Up!
5) Shania Twain
6) Limelight Sessions
I never really count the last two as albums, but some songs are nice (Still Under The Weather, The Heart Is Blind)

1. The Woman In Me gets down to her roots of country, although still poppy, I think it's fantastic
2. Come On Over puts me in a good mood and I can really jam out in the car
3. Shania Twain
4. Complete Limelight Sessions
5. Greatest Hits
6. Up! I don't know why this is my least favorite album, it just is.

I agree with you on that. When thinking of her albums, those are the two are usually the last to come to mind. That's probably why I listen to them the least.

1. TWIM The best dang album I ever heard. Some great heartfelt tunes, so well written, a masterpiece. Plus I like the more country sound.
2. GHs I like it for all the hit variety on one disc.
3. COO Another studio album masterpiece, less country but still has some of what I'm looking for.
4. ST I know only one song was co-written by Shania but it has the Shania cheeky sense to it and I like that song best. Shania's voice is what really grabs me on this album. I like the country sounds of course, but that voice was so prime and topnotch, honey silky smooth and so appealing to the ear.
5. UP Maybe a tie with ST. I know I won't have friends after this, being amongst international fans who like the less country sound, lol, but as much as I LOVE this album and listen to it very often knowing in reality it is difficult to choose amongst Shania's works, something about it is a slight miss with me. Almost trying too hard and trying to sing a different tone. Being too many things for too many people. It's great overall but a couple songs I don't fully jive with. Time to get back to Shania basics.

Shania once said something like: Up! Mu third album. So she doesn't count them herself either. She didn't write the albums herself, and you can really see that in the music. But the albums are nice for a change if you've heard the other ones like a thousand times :p .

I agree with you on that, I love her voice on this album. Sometimes I listen to it just for that reason.
I have probably played come on over the most.

And to think some critics had the nerve to call Shania a Mutt studio creation. How quickly they forget Shania's debut album before the days of Mutt's special touch. Shania had her own special touch and the buyers missed it when they didn't scoop up that first album for the awesome vocals. Terrific singing that takes my ears to a delightful place.
I have probably played come on over the most.
Me too.I played it for the first three years every day non stop.I´m a freak:uhh:

Well I haven't been a fan for that long.
I've listened to some of her music in the past and got Up! a bit
after it came out but it wasn't until recently that I really became a huge fan.
I remember last year it was the only thing I listened to...like ever haha.

Okay so I was looking at my play counts on my iPod and apparently I've played ST almost twice as much as limelight haha. I guess I've been listening to limelight more recently so I thought I play it more than ST.

Yeah I try not to listen to Shania that often now because I don't want to get sick of it. I still listen to some of her songs everyday, but I won't go on marathons of listening to just one album anymore.

Normally when I get tired of her, it's only for a day, a week, or maybe under strange circumstances a month. But then I go through phases where I can't stand to listen to anyone but her. Pretty weird! :p

:funny: I'm the same way. I go through a lot of random phases with her music. Normally when I start listening to more than a few songs I won't listen to anything else for the whole time I'm listening to music. Other times I'll listen to one song and I won't listen to anything else by her afterwards.

Yeah, I do that too. The only non-Shania song I've heard in the past 2 days is Kerosene, and I almost didn't make it through that one without turning Shania on! :funny:
