Bedroom Buddies

Hey I don't know about you guys but over the years especially when I was young I've had teddy bears and cushions to cuddle into when I'm in bed:) I've always loved having cool things around my bedroom to brighten and liven the place up :] Do you have any? if so please post pics of them here and give a wee description as well. It'll be cool to know if anyone else likes their Bedroom Buddies.

I do have Leo. He's a stuffed leopard that guards my room. He's in tatters though, cause my cat Ayla keeps beating him up and knocking out Leo's stuffing!

Yes they do Terri, you need to try Nemo-nemo out sometime, you'll love it;) especially the softness of him:]

The thing is they keep their softness unlike pillows that lose their shape and become squashed over time:)

I'd just stick it in my washer. That's what I do with my daughters', though they hold up pretty well. She has a few Bed Buddies, but they're on display in her closet.

I was watching Dr. Phil the other day. There was a 26 year old woman who had a bedroom buddy. She had a big hippo. the hippo was causing friction between her and her fiancé. She would rather cuddle and hug the hippo than the guy. She also always took the hippo with her if she would stay over night somewhere. There was also a 20 year old guy that had lots(over 50, possibly even more, I dont remember exactly.) of care bears that he slept with. Needless to say Dr. Phil told them they had to let their buddies sleep elsewhere.

My brother gave a couple of his old bed buddies to a charity shop and they rejected them because they ponked of cigarettes and he said back to the woman in the charity shop that's OK they want to quit smoking and want a new home, he left them in the charity shop and legged it.

Thanks Julia, I love my name, it's a very old fashioned name but very beautiful name. There has been Eleanor's in the Bible, there has been Queens and many Eleanor's in classic novels and also one of Shania's biggest fans, ME.
