Heya guys!

If you didin't know yet I like to take pics a lot! I know it's hard to take a good pic but it's a lot of fun too. I saw this thread in another forum and becouse there were a lot of interesting photos I decided to open one more thread here. And I know you guys like to take pics too. It's not important what are you photographing (animal, nature even yourself...).

So if you have some interesting photos please share them with us.

That bird is a collared dove, they make a distinct noise. People sometimes mistake them for wood pigeons for they obviously have little knowledge of birds :funny: a dove and pigeon are totally different looking and sounding;)

I took this last sept. 5 at the sea. we were there just to wait the sun rise..I woke up so early at 4:25 am. just to take a pic of the sun rise and this one was took at 5:30 or 5:40 am. not sure but almost 6:00 am. that's what I'm waiting for. sorry the camera is not digital.

Yes it is....we get quite a few of those. Snowstorms in the winter, and thunderstorms in the summer (often accompanied by tornadoes.) This didn't turn into one though.

Look to the left and you will see a piece of ice, it had just fallen off the face of the glacier and the water had not yet settled.

This picture gives you an idea of the size of the glacier. We were starting to head back, but the passengers on the boat wanted to stay to see that huge piece in the middle fall.

We took a wonderful trip by train into the mountains above Skagway. We stopped at the US/Canadian border then went slowly back down the mountain.
