Hi everyone,

Well the weekend didn't go as I planned it. I qualified 14th but that was only high point of the whole weekend. I crashed my primary car in practice then in the race on the last lap I totally desrtoyed my backup car. Somehow I finished.

Don't worry everybody is fine. I'm dissapointed though. Next time we'll win!!!!!!

I don't often watch car races, my brother in Florida is the leadfoot fan in the family. But I did see something on one of the main 3 old TV networks recently in passing, with a lot of cars crashing. Wondered if that was related to you at all. What race were you in (please spell out any acronyms), where and on what date?
Was your backup car painted same as your primary car?

Who is wild one, and why is this suddenly a race forum. I use to race, alot of stuff. Moto Cross, bmx, eVen Remote controll cars LOL. My brother was the true racer in are family, he races Moto Cross too. But got his name in Carting. Yes Go Carts. The only thing is they do about 100mph. He did it many years ago and was ranked as high as 2nd in the country. Hhe was on the cover of WCM. World Carting Magazine, back in the early 80's and was in alot of the magazines. He raced carts along the same time as Scott Pruiet <-spelling??/ was raceing them. He also raced Lay down carts in Charlett and Atlanta. Where there was a inside road type course, followed by almost a whole loop around the oval. Living in SC now we go see alot of Dirt ovaling. But we never really think about getting back in to it. I go up to Concord NC alot to the track, Loes Speedway. To wach races. Loes, being know as Charrlett<_ Spelling ahh??? Weve thought about getting into a cheaper stock class. And Raceing dirt ovals. But Money would hold us out of any fun modified classes. They even got a 4cylinder class. For those who want to race at a cheap price hear. Some of those 4's can go. Are local racers hear are the Hobgoods. There a family around hear.

I simply look at this as a bizzare episode of "Wild One;The Legend Continues" lol. This message was originally posted before his supposed death. I think he realized that most of us didn't believe his fairy tales and decided to try and get our attention by posting as someone else. If "Tiny" starts posting again, then u can bank on it being our old pal weaving more tales. Who knows? Tiny might just announce that he has been selected as Shania's new blind bus driver. As a writer, I suggest this guy take up writing fiction, he would make a fortune lol.

RJ,

What you saw on TV might have been me. I was in a pile up at Daytona.

My backup car's painted the same.

When you read my new post you'll find out that Shania's not on the car at all...primary or backup.

I race in several different series. I'm enetered in ARCA, Auto Club Racing Association, and the All-Star Busch Series Tour for dirt late models. I race part-time this in USMTS, United States Modified Touring Series for dirt modifieds.

Heather,

You really think that I could write a book even though I have Cerebral Palsy. FYI: I'm offended that you think that I can't drive a racecar with Cerebral Palsy. A person can do anything when they put their mind to it.

Wild One: You've been stringing me along pretty good. Tho I'm not a big fan of misrepresentation, I don't mind laughing at myself when no serious harm's been done. I'm intrigued sometimes by creativity, spontaneity and enjoyment. Seemed like an interesting story to me. I know only a small amount about racing, so I was kinda gullible on that topic. I didn't check your story against other related sources and pieces of info. such as Shania &/or Mutt's travel schedules, 'cause I do too much of that kind of left brain stuff on my job everyday, analyzing for credibility and consistency etc. Interesting to see which members here figured you out first. Not only that, they were calling you Mike. Sounds like they really zero in on people here.

During the time after your burial, but before your resurrection, I asked a friend of mine who's involved with Porsche racing and training drivers, what ARCA was. I kinda went "oof" at his answer. He said it was to auto racing like the Lansing Lugnuts are to baseball (double A team). Your buildup with Daytona and celebrities had me expecting big stuff. The crashes I saw on TV were not ARCA. I think they were NASCAR.

This forum has some very good formatting and technical support as well as some really good contributing members.

One thing I noticed for me tho, is that it's sometimes hard to figure out how and where related postings can be found. On some sites, the threads have a branching tree that you can expand and collapse to varying levels. Those make it easier to find related postings. And the windows with forum text have less graphics so they load faster. There are other features that this forum has, such as searching, member profiles, member email, & stats on member activity; which might not be in the other forum sites. The one I have in mind with the convenient tree pattern of messages was Shania Twain Fan Club (http://www.musicfanclubs.org/forums/shania.html)

Let's see; Our friend the aspiring writer thinks you might be good at writing fiction. I agree you have the creativity, the subject matter and a pleasing delivery. And you may be honest in the end. Wonder if that's enough.

And what does our friend the aspiring therapist think about you? I don't see a posting from that quarter yet.

OK, the gig is up. I don't know Shania personally. I made Tiny up to tell you that I was dead. I made the whole "Shania knowing thing" up. As you can see I'm not dead, I'm very much alive. I'm so sorry for tricking you. I faked my own death when I people starting realizing my secret. I shouldn't have done that. You people are way too smart.

If you're asking yourself how can he sound like Shania so well. Well, I read and watched enough interviews that I got her voice down pat.

I really do race cars.

Shania's picture is not on any of my racecars. I have a picture taped to the dasboard though. The Kid's Cafe deal I told you I had is fake too.

I sincerely apologize to the people who sent cards, etc. I'm so sorry.

Please forgive me.

Sincerely,
Wild One

Yeah, ARCA isn't as big as NASCAR Winston Cup but that's where a lot of drivers get their start. It's sounds like you're knocking ARCA. I don't take too kindly to that. ARCA is a very big deal to a local dirt track guy like me because three more levels you're in Winston Cup. So go tell your friend he has know f#$%in idea what he is talking about. See ya!

Wild One,

Well, actually he gave me a balanced description about ARCA, including good things about it, similar to those you just mentioned. He was mostly trying to correct my misunderstanding about the various levels of racing. He does know what he's talking about.

As for me, yes, I guess that out-of-context line of his that stuck in my mind, does sound like I'm knocking ARCA. That would not be appropriate. I agree. It just seemed kinda humerous to me. I keep preaching that people shouldn't try to get ahead at other's expense. But sometimes when it happens to me, I slip a little a fall into doing it back. I know I could be more sensitive. Guess my sensitivity is greater when it's my toe that's being stepped on, than when it's someone else's. Sorry.

I'll be to find out if its all real or not, my family has been in raceing for years. I can just go to the Hobgoodsd and ask them. They race in Bush. So im going to go look up some stuff then ask some?????

Ice838

And why do people have to make up stuff on the internet!! It makes me sorta. Yea we all want to impress someone. And yea I think some of you actually think she comes in and reads this stuff, so you play to what you think you would like her to see. Its such a joke this internet crap. Yes I come from a raceing family too, a vary profound one. And im one hell of a giutar player, and look good, all no lies. But I have some major downfalls too. im 28, still live at home. Dont make **** for money. Cant seem to get a good job. I did race motocross but never raced with the pros. Futer pros yes. Are family use to be rich, no where sorta poor. Lost a tun of money. I was on tv twice. Once when my dad was on bowling for dollers, and they should his family. Big star light there.lol I was 8 or soo. And once when they were doing a program on local riders. These are all truths. I just wish internet people could stop bull****ing each other. I do write music, but weather its worth a **** is peoples opinion. I suffer from stage fright so bad I have panic attacks on any kind of platform. I had to take drugs just to perform. Prescribed for just the occasion And no I dont wright any country. Well some contemparary stuff. But mostley in room 8 track solo stuff with a multi timbral keys doing 16 tracks of drums keys acustic etc etc. All I have in my life is my guitar, and some chick who loves me that I dont know if I even love back. And what super chick is gona want a date a 28 year old at home looser no matter how good he looks. I get some one night stands chances wiht great girls. But once they find out my lively hood "in this gold digging world" There off. So I say never lie, I got looks and a guitar and nothin else. And I try to stay happy. But At least I know who I am and who I am not. Everone should maby check themselves after this little wild one incodent. Oh yea and for good looks im only 5'9. So I cant go with tall dark and handsome.

RJ,

That's OK...I guess my sensitivity side is kinda protective because everybody said I couldn't race. Well, let's just say that I proved them wrong.

Wild One, u didn't need to make up all this stuff about Shania to receive attention or respect from others. It's ashame that u thought that was necessary. I have always thought well of u and I can't for the life of me understand why u felt the need to fib. But, the issue is closed and it doesn't really matter anymore.

hey...what the hell is going on? This is supposed to be a forum where Shania fans get together and have discussions about her music, stuff we like about her, other related stuff...this is not a place where people start showing off about how well they know Shania. Come on!! We all love Shania's music and respect the lady...lets just have fun...not get all serious and silly about it.
P.S RJ: your posts have made good reading...agreed with you on a lot of things.

Heather,

I'm sorry how I reacted at you. I don't why I lied. I know this sounds stupid but please don't think anything less of me. I won't be surprised if you quit liking me. A lot of people have in the last few days.

You said you were writting a book. Well, I am too.

Hey Ice838,

What number do your friends have. I've never heard of that name before.

Ice838
03-11-2000, 1:50am
Well as far as the Hobgoods im not sure what there numbers are. But you all know Scott Pruit, really sucking it up in Nascar. He raced around are time in Karts. Um as far as motocross. Tim Ferry, Who is not a top star. Raced 80's in motocross with us when we aere on 125's. And in practice, he could still wipe are *** on a 80. He was younger. Also He is a temate "belive it its true" this year of Jeremy McGrath. Same team. But he hasnt done **** . Not McGrath, Farry, or Farrey. My Brother also raced karts with A guy named JEFF FULLER. Who is trying to be a Nascar guy, last I herd. Not sure. I havent hured much from the hobgoods. Im not sure if they quite or not. But The last I saw them they were going for bush last year, I saw them on TV in the first Daytona Race. Al i can say about them. From hanging. I remember his dad had a white car with blue wrighting. Numbers. Thats all I can remember last time I saw them.

Ice838,

What's your brothers name? Maybe I've heard of him.

P.S. You spell Scott Pruet with an "e" not an "i."
