Matt, wouldn’t it be possible to copy RJ’s “Members age, gender, location” topic here? It will save many people some time and will also give us a look in the history of the forums, to see all members that were here once upon a time. I know that topic states only the age, gender and location, but if people would want to add something they could edit their posts or we can start a new topic with more detailed information.

One suggestion. I think it would be good to set the default value in the combo box regarding the number of days for the presented topics to the “show all topics” value, not 10 or 20 days, because people may go there and find nothing after a while. The topics in this forum need to be few, but to last for a very long time.

Anyway, great idea with this forum, it simplifies things as far as the presentation is concerned, the only problem is getting everybody to come here.

Londo, I moved the RJ message into this forum and I'm going to try and get as many of those type messages here but it'll take some time.

The suggestion to have messages older than 10 days be posted here is a great one but with this message board program I can't change the visible messages in each forum. Whatever it's set to in one forum they all are set at that number. Kinda frustrating but maybe an update of the software will give me the ability to change that.

I agree you should update the software, there are a few small bugs we've encountered that might be solved, but somehow I don't think they'll solve this problem.

If you edit the html of the main forum page on the link to the Introductions forum (forum number 9) and replace DaysPrune with 1000 or more instead of 10 I think it should work.
