I think my loser ex-friend has been logging into here with my user name, and even if she isn't it's only a matter of time since she's in my email and everywhere else, but I was wondering if it's possible to block her from logging in as me.

Not unless you sign up with a new user name and a password/e-mail address she doesn't know of.

If things are that serious, I think you should change you e-mail address into something that she doesn’t know so she can’t read your mail. Once you did that, you should log in with your present password and modify your profile and change your mail address from the profile. Be careful, once you modify the mail address, the software automatically changes your password, if I recall correctly. So after you’ve submitted the modified profile with the new e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail at that new address with the new password. Of course, using that new password, you can later modify you profile and set re-set your password to something more convenient, easier to remember (just don’t set it to the same old password that your friend already knows). This way you can keep the old username, but change the password and e-mail address.
