Its difficult on this system to completely ban someone for good because unfortunately they can get around it by just connecting under a different IP address. However I have deleted and banned his current addresses from the system so hopefully that will be enough to keep him away. We will continue to monitor things to ensure he doesnt cause problems in the future.
