Blocking is'nt perfect

How come I can post from the college computer after it got blocked because of Derek Donnally http://www.shaniaforums.com/confused.gif

There is no way we could have blocked the entire college by banning one member. The only thing that would have stopped you from posting was if the machine you used kept being allocated one of the banned IP addresses previously used by Derek Donnelly. If you can post now then you must be using one which is not currently in the ban list.

We really need a more effective way of banning people because doing it by IP address really doesnt work..
