U gotta check a box in the bottom of the new thread page! :p

Click Start A New thread
Give the poll a name in the Subject box
Type a subject about it
At the bottom of your topic box it says add a poll click yes add or whatever
then you add the # of choices & what they are

Cheak the Yes Start A poll box then Submit
