Could one of the moderators PLEASE take off the "private meassges to Lilly" on the main page, i put it there by accident and i want it gone!

I think I know what you're talking about. I think all the members have that so other members can send them a personal message.

Mine says, "Personal Messages for Shanialookalike". That section only shows up on your screen, not everybody else's. :)

I'm sure if you still want it off, the moderators could probably do it for you.

If you want to turn off the Private Messaging, you can do that from the "Edit Options" page in your User CP.

Oh ok. That probably is what you're seeing Lilly. For each member who logs in, it shows their name and number of private messages. Don't worry, you're the only one that see's "Lilly's Private Messages."

Just a little update for those who use the private messaging... I've updated the board so that the gray area behind the words "Private Messages" (on the front page) will blink red when you have unread messages. This will hopefully help in alerting you to new messages you may have when you come back to the site.

So now we don't get that box that'll pop up on our screan we just have flashing red light's at the bottom of the Main index under who's online?

You should still get the pop-up box when you first receive the message but if you don't read it or for whatever reason you don't get the pop-up message the little area under the "who's online" will flash red. Kinda like an instant messenger when you get a message.

That "Private messages to Lilly" only appears on your computer! Each of us has their own! It's says "PM to manu_georgine" on mine! If you log out and go check it will be gone! It's not something everybody can read! Just you!!!

No moderator can delete that! It's just for you! If I want to send you a private message I click on the "PM" thingie under your post, and then it will appear in your "PM". It's kind of like an e-mail service on the boards! Nobody can read yours, so don't worry! :)
