I was wondering how you people got the pictures under the user name. I checked in FAQ, but it doesn't tell you how to set it. Could someone please help me out?? Thanks :)

Oh, and BTW, it can only be 50x50 pixel size.
You can check how big it is by right-clicking on it with your mouse, then Properties.
It will tell how big it is.
