Something happened, lol

Something strange happened just awhile ago when I tried to get into the forums and my user cp, it said that the adminstrator had banned my IP or something like that and I couldn't get into anything, lol. I freaked out at first, but there isn't a problem now, I was just wondering what is the IP thing and does anyone else know why that happens or has it done that to anyone else? Thanks :D

Your IP is basically the ID of your computer around the net. If a member comes here and makes too much trouble, the admins have the power to ban him, so they are banning the IP of that member. That is to make a long story short.:)

What happened to you was probably a temporary glitch in the software. It sometimes happens, luckly not very often. But you can post again so it's fixed now. If you have a problem of this sort again, and it doesn't rectify itself, e-mail Matt or Longshot, maybe they can see what the problem is and solve it.
