Because the whole point of us putting in the Picture board forum is to reduce the number of pictures uploaded to the server thus filling up our server space and slowing down the forums. IMG tags are on so that you can "post" pictures of any size by adding a link (within the IMG tags) to a picture from another site/server which will not slow down the forums.

sisters :) and Jill & Carrie have on Shania t-shirts :)
