OK, here is the scoop on Celine Dion’s new CD will be released on March 26th 2002. This information comes from this week’s Billboard Magazine and a Press Release from the label that will be issued in the next few days.

Album Title-A New Day Has Come
Tracklist (this is partial, the full one will be out soon.)

A New Day Has Come “Co-written by Aldo Nova, and produced by Walter Afanasieff. A ballad about finding a great presence that turns weakness into strength.

I’m Alive “Written and produced by Kristian Lundin and Andreas Carlsson, formely part of the Cherion team that wrote all of those hits for the Backstreet Boys and Britney Spears among others. A very refreshing song that is one of the lighter moments on the set.

Surrender “The album’s over the top power ballad. Produced by David Foster. It is a song about forbidden love. Describe as heart pounding with grand instrumentations.

Sorry For Love “Co written and produced by Andreas Bagge. Quite different from anything Celine has ever done. A made for the dance floor song that is considered a defiant single.

Goodbye Is The Hardest Word “A song written and produced by Robert “Mutt” Lange. It is an emotional ballad about the death of ones mother.

Nature Boy “An old Nat King Cole song that features only Celine and the piano.

At Last “Another remake of the Glenn Miller classic from 1941. Recently Christina Aguliera has been heard singing this one.

Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda “No information on this one.”

Producers:
David Foster, Walter Afanasieff, Kristian Lundin, Andreas Carlsson, Christopher Neil, Guy Roche, Robert “Mutt” Lange, Ric Wake, Humberto Gatica, and Andreas Bagge.

First Single
Will be released to the world during the first week of February. Billboard states that it has not been finalized yet. There have been many people saying that the ballad “A New Day Has Come” will be the first single, but this may not be the case. We will find out soon enough.

That's the highlights from the articles, to read more, pick up a copy of Billboard Magazine

Here's more off another site. They had the entire billboard magazine article scanned and posted but took it off due to legacy reasons:

. "Goodbye's the hardest word" is a ballad written by Mutt Lange (if walls could talk)(Shania's husband). This song talks about the death of one's mother. Celine turned down this song when she heard it 3 years ago, but she has changed her mind now being a mother. She admits it was hard for her to sing it, but she has the strength, and it's important not to say something until it's too late

Also found this at another site:

Goodbye's the Hardest Word: A devastatingly emotional ballad about the death of one's mother. Dion first heard the Robert John "Mutt" Lange song three years ago and turned it down. "Now, being a mother, I found the strength to sing it," she says, "but it was hard." It's lesson: "Never wait too long to tell someone how you feel."
