The New Mutt/Celine Song!

After reading the Billboard interview with Celine, I looked around on some Celine sites, and found a track listing for the new album. Here's what it had to say about the new Mutt song. Sounds really interesting.

Goodbye's the Hardest Word: A devastatingly emotional ballad about the death of one's mother. Dion first heard the Robert John "Mutt" Lange song three years ago and turned it down, but she changed her mind now that she is a mother.

You know, the death of someone's mother is a pretty heavy topic for a Mutt Lange song. He usually works in a much lighter vein. I wonder what spurred him to write it? Maybe a conversation with Shania?

Mutt lost both his parents when he was a kid, he probably didnt need to talk with Shania to be inspired...
