Ugh! I don't like that station at all! CMT Canada is turning into CMT USA and GAC. yuck, yuck, yuck! I hate MWL! It is such an annoying show! I sometimes hope to catch a glimpse of Shania or the Corrs, but I can't, cuz it seems that show is on 24/7! :furious: Sorry, just venting.
On another note..
I want the OLD CMT Canada back! With Request Live with Greg, Songbook, more all request weekends... It ruled a couple years ago... I don't like it now...

I think they play the same songs over & over because they're are the new and popular songs.

Yeah, they do get annoying! :rolleyes: Especially if it's a song you don't like. :scowl:

yeah, i don't know the answer, but the only videos that seem to be played on CMTUSA are Brad Paisley's fishing video (I HATE THAT VIDEO) and Travis Tritt's "Modern Day Bonie And Clyde" thats getting annoying too...

I don't watch CMT anymore!!!! It's very annoying!!!!! I'm not into country music right now!!! I've been watching MTV and VH1. :shocked: I know you won't believe it... but I haven't heard any of those songs you've mentioned!!!!:shocked: :shocked: :shocked:

It has to be payola - there are 100s of videos available the same 20 get played over and over - either that or the folks running GAC are brain-dead!

That is likely from what I see of their programming!:shocked:

If you go to the CMT website, it tells you which videos are on "heavy rotation". :uhh:

Here's the website. . www.country.com :p Angie - in case you haven't noticed I do not get CMT - the turkeys at Time Warner replaced it with their wholy owned subsidiary GAC about 2 yrs ago - GAC does the heavy rotation bit obviously but they also carry it to new levels - they are really pathetic about playing the same crap over and over - payola of some sort is at work!:uhh: :) :)

I don't get GAC, therefore I think CMT is worse. :funny: I guess we are in the same boat, we can only judge what we see. :p
