Official Fan Club?

Hi there!

Please forgive me for probably asking the obvious but I have gotten really out of touch with all the news.....I know that when I last checked there was no official fan club :cry: Does anybody know if there is going to be one set up in the near future? If not an official one then are there any good unofficial ones?...one in the UK would be good!:)

No official fan club exists - this is as good a Shania Forums as you will find - we have many UK members and a UK moderator (Longshot) - there are other boards for Shania you can find by using your Net search mechanism - Marianne heads one up in the UK - you can PM or email her from here by going to "members" - pull up her profile and message her.

Thanks for your reply! :) I know when I looked before this seemed to be the best board as far as I could see.

I only wondered if there was a UK fan club b/c then I would be sure of knowing if there were any UK visits/ shows planned as early as possible...but I suspect having seen how international the list of posters is here that world wide news and updates will be posted here! :)

I wish there was a fan club! I once belonged to her old one, but that was back in like, 1996! It was the BEST too! I wish I had been older so I would have known better to buy up all her merchandise! :)

Glad you like the board :) As for UK visits or shows, I think its too early to say. We had J.D. (Shania's drummer) over here during the 2000 Children in Need appeal thanks to Marrianne at the UK Fan Club so we do okay for an unofficial fan club :D

I wouldnt say he looks crazy because I've actually met the guy but I think you're probably thinking of the right person as he's the only band member to wear headphones, lol.

OMG, I LOVE JD!! Him and Roddy are my favs! I met a few of Shania's band members in Milwaukee- they were sitting a few rows ahead of me during Leahy's show... I said hi, but I was too starstruck!! I never get starstruck- only with Shania!! :kiss:
