well her official site is www.shania-twain.com, however they really do nothing with the fans to make them more involved and i do agree having those features on a new site would be great!!! i also like the idea of having a fan club, but the reason that they closed the other official fan club was because of an overwealming amount of members joining to keep up.

You are right Curti - I will never forget the day I heard about it - I of course was not on the Net and had no immediate plans to get on it as frankly I have hated computers from the first day at work they were foisted on us many years ago.

I carried this dissatisfaction about the fan club termination with me for years but frankly after reading dozens of letters to the editor in COUNTRY WEEKLY ad infinitum I realized that I was better than that and knew where Shania's people were coming from and started looking in the library at Shania websites and began to realize this was the only recourse due to her immense fan base.

As to Webber's initial post on this thread you seem to have covered most of the bases as usual and have done a thoughtful and thorough commentary - I would only add a page with links to a virtual reality tour of the castle and grounds of their home, making certain to indicate visitors unless invited are discouraged given Shania and Mutt's penchant and need and desire for privacy at home.

Hmmm... that's true. All I know is that I'd be on the site 24 hours earlier, just in case the bandwith won't be able to support all the fans who'd be tryinh to log in at that time.
