Mutt-, you never cease to amaze me. You've done it again, man! Kool isn't the word for this! The word brilliant comes to mind. I think this would be extremely profitable for Shania Twain. What Shania fan wouldn't want this cd? Another 19 million is sales, I would say. If Shania were to see this she would be walking on top of the world. Yeah, you'd probably get to talk to her alright. She might even kiss you for this!

Hey Soapy, I called Mercury Records. The lady said Shania is in Switzerland. That probably means Shania is not anywhere near recording her new album. Because I believe if she were, she would record it in Nashville, since all the others were recorded there. The lady also said that the album probably wouldn't be out until the end of this year, so you know what that means...Shania has missed the target date. :sad: I wish there was a way........

I can assure you I'm a total nut-job, and listen, watch and think Shania 24/7.
You don't even know how serious my conditions is ;)
I haven't voted just because I wasn't sure (and still am not) that such a thing is even possible.

Well I don't want to jump into the middle of a boiling pot but I have to say that your not real fans comment was ridiculous Mutt! I would have been more than happy to comment on your idea, but in light of that comment I can only suggest that you take your idea to a place with "real fans"! :rolleyes:
In regards to Shania not being anywhere near recording her album you'd better check your facts! Maybe you somehow missed this info but Shania and Mutt have thier own recording studio! The albums carry the Mercury Nashville name because the final product is released through them! Last time I passed by thier place the studio was bustling with activity! I'd say they are hard at work on the new album!

Nunningen isn't too far from where they live! Of course Switzerland is such a small country nothing is very far from anything else! :)
I wasn't there long enough to meet them again, but there were people going in and out of the studio with intruments and stuff and as far as I've heard Mutt isn't recording for anyone else right now! So be happy people, she's coming! :D

There is definitely something going on at their place. We drove by and just stopped for a few minutes to walk the dog (how convenient if you can walk your dog right by Shania's house... heheh... umm...), but we saw lots of people!
And our dog barked like an idiot when two girls with two of Shania's horses came riding down the road. *lol*

Ya it's pretty cool living near Shania, but I'd rather be back in Canada! Switzerland is one of the most beautiful places on earth but it gets kinda boring! It's not the idea Mutt! It's the fact that you attacked the members just because we didn't reply as quickly as you wanted! If you want people to respond to your topics, chill out and give them time! Not too many people are gonna give you any reply on this now! If you really want to get a response I urge you to drop it for now, ask the admins to delete the topic and repost it in a couple of weeks and give people a chance to respond in thier own time! JMO :)
Having said that I think it would be cool if you could make it fly, but as someone said Shania is a very busy lady at the moment so I doubt she'd get involved! But hey ya never know until you try! :)

Shania is busy doing what exactly?? --- making an album?? She's probably twittling her thumbs... maybe busy trying to find a replacement and wondering how to do this album. She might be busy doing that, but I don't believe she has even now yet begun the new album...
As for the virtual Shanialand chat and my comments, I said that I didn't think that everyone on here were true fans of Shania. If you are a true fan of Shania's, then you didn't have to take offense... ok?? And I still this it's a darn good idea!
