View Full Version : OMG i can't believe they have forgotten her:(:(:(
:sad: :cry: This weekend on Vh1 Europe it's divas weekend. and they promised to air vids by Celine Dion, The Dixie Chicks AND SHANIA TWAIN! My heart jumped when i saw it, and i thought "WOHO!!!! :D" But then today they had a programme about divas, they said one sentence about Shania, in which they even got the name of YSTO wrong:( it was something like: "Even Shania Twain, who is a country singer, has got a ballad, Still The One" Who are they to say something like that!!!!! EVEN ???? EVEN Shania Twain? why shouldn't she?? and she certainly got more than one!! And it's YOU'RE still the one! And she's not just country, she doesn't really fit in to these boring genres, she's got the SHANIA style. Then they had two tiny little clippings of interviews with her, plus they showed some small clips from FTMO, LGMET, YSTO and M!IFLAW. And a little tiny bit from the divas live she did.
And then later on they had divas top ten, so i sat there for fourty minutes, waiting for Shania's vids. She didn't make the top ten!!!!!!I mean, J-Lo, Shakira and Mary J Blige made it!!!:sad: :cry: :sad: :sad: :sad: :furious: :furious: :shocked: :eek: :furious: :furious: :cry: :cry: :sad:
HOW can they have forgotten the woman that rocked the world just three years ago???? :furious: She's the best, she has the greatest voice, lyrics, songs, personality, everything!!!! And they DARE to make a programme about divas and tell lots about Mariah Carey and NOT include LOTS AND LOTS about Shania????? :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious: :cry: :huh: :cry: :monkey: :nervous: :confused: :really: :furious: :cry:

Maybe they will show Shania tomorrow:D Maybe they didn't show anything today because they have so much Shania to show that they thought they would show it all tomorrow:p:p Don't think so but it could have been cool
then she would have been on the divas top ten. maybe they're just showing this years divas or something.
they showed mariah carey and faith hill but not shania today. just the little bit i told you about earlier in this thread. But it was really nice to see Shania on tv again :) not just my tapes lol

Hey, I know how you all feel (by the way i'm new) but i really don't blame them. Like someone said before...she's been gone for 3 years...almost totally out of the public eye. They're not going to have a whole weekend special on someone who's not even "active" right now--or having monsterous hits right now. So I can see where they're coming from.
BTW: I used to be a huge huge shania fan, but now I'm kinda getting bored of her...I think I've just grown out of the stage of "liking her a lot" since she's been gone. In fact I might now even buy her new album...kind of sad what 3 years can do to you!!!
