I'm getting old, i buyed ticket to three day Rock festival. I listen two bands and get tired. I listen Oral Fixation from my iPod mini when walk out of festival gate (I haven't time to wait Slayer over 3 hours). I hope that tomorrow I have intrest to listen DIO, Sonata Artica and Saturday Megadeth.

I Know that many will be dissapointed because these are more ballads type music and slow songs that are played in :cool: smoky jazz club :cool: . I must say that I like much of these new song. :hmmm: Those whose except POP/ROCK or mix of pop and Latin maybe be little dissapointed :cry: , but they still have other Latin Diva Jennifer Lopez :D Let's Get Loud :kiss: :hide: .

It was great idea to release one pof those few POP/ROCK songs in single before releasing other songs. Other little bit like POP/ROCK songs are Escondite Ingles which have fast rock maching part in repeat, but still sound like older rock song from 60' or 70' and Las De La Intuicion pure Shakira pop/rock with little amplified or talked repeat in background.

Sorry talking POP as music style. Actually POP means only music that is played lot, not certain genre or style. But usually when talking POP peoples connect it to certain music style.

En Tus Pupilas is perfect for laying back, closing eyes, only just listening and feel for flying. This song is perfect drug for ears. It's like Emma Shapplin, Kate Bush and Mylene Farmer in their most beatiful songs. From Obtener Un Si I must say Ai Ai Jai it is great, like old black and white movie song or Jazz.

Her voice is just perfect for those song that She Sings or whispers. She use her voice from Strong to Whisper (But not that over sexy whispering voice that Mrs Britney Federline uses, Thank GOD). :bounce: Actually I'm not sorry that I buyed two of these, because Artist that have gourage do music that they like and it maybe not sell good, need support. Usually nowdays Artist are very short leash from recording and publishing companies. We know that maybe this CD is not most selled because of these songs choices. These songs have very artist touch like her few first music videos. :huh: THis la Tortura video is like someone other artist that is here dissed from sexy like videos :hide: (Is this Chair enough to hide from Carolyn's Rage).

Yep her first songs have some Latin influence in music, but nowdays is almost pop which have Rap influence.

Lets hope that Vol. 2 have more rock songs to You :D. Personally for me those new songs hit like million volts. If you listen Back In Black from Live DVD you will notice same influence in beginging of the song that have affect some of these new songs.
I like more Moscas En La Casa. That is just matter of taste like opinion of these new songs :)

Shakira sounds like a goat, and she's also kinda fake about herself, so she isn't worthy, also her vocal abilities aren't really important, and she can't even play a guitar decently. Sorry, just my 4 cents :p

Años antes que Shakira lanzará su disco en Ingles, ella dijo que nunca cantaría en otro idioma y que poco le importaba el exito en otros países ya que ella era fiel a su idioma y le importaba muy poco el ingles, pero mira lo que hizo ahora. Además antes cantaba mejor, ahora parece una cabra :p
